- First New Mexico senior properties with state-of-the-art Neighborhood Network Centers featuring high speed internet access and classes that teach seniors how to use this technology.
- Obtained a grant to build and equip a Neighborhood Network Center in a Denver senior property including both the construction of the facility, with advanced technical design features especially for computer environments and top of the line Dell computers with accessible and adaptive technology for vision impaired.
- Obtained complex funding from several sources to construct a new building at a Durango, Colorado family project that houses a
Neighborhood Network Center and Job Training Center as well as site management offices and maintenance facility.
- Structured innovative partnerships with nonprofit building owners to fund social programs at managed properties.
- Obtained grants to fund a temporary homemaker service program at a senior property that enables residents to maintain their apartments in clean and safe condition during periods of illness or temporary disability.
- MacManagement has a grant writer on staff that continually seeks new sources of funding for both improvements of physical assets and quality of life programs for residents of senior and disabled housing properties under our management.
